Keith has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years, and has managed numerous projects from design to closeout. As Vice President, Keith is responsible for overseeing and implementing StructSure’s project management processes. Keith is well-versed in supervising interdisciplinary teams, creating and managing a complex schedule, working within strict budget parameters, providing effective communication between and with a project’s key stakeholders, identifying risks, and offering cost-effective solutions in all stages of a project’s life. He also has experience in construction scheduling, estimating, subcontractor procurement and management, cost management and impact/change order analysis. Keith understands how to effectively manage and coordinate project requirements to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Keith graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management.
