As Vice President, Lucy is responsible for managing all stages of a project’s lifecycle and providing leadership both internally and externally to StructSure Projects. With more than 18 years of construction industry experience, she has successfully managed numerous projects from design to close out, effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams. This has provided her with a wealth of knowledge of federal, state, county, and local regulations.
Lucy is experienced in accurately projecting costs and budget management, controlling scope development, creating and managing a complex schedule, working within strict budget parameters, providing effective communication between and with a project’s key stakeholders, identifying risks, and offering cost-effective solutions in all stages of a project’s life. She is also well-versed in engaging in daily interaction with clients, managing relationships, interpreting and documenting scope changes, and managing the owner and sub-vendor schedule of values and pay applications.
