With more than 14 years of experience in construction project management, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and scope analysis, Phillip has developed extensive expertise in the construction industry.

As Vice President, Phillip is responsible for overseeing the estimating functions to ensure timely, cost-efficient estimation and submission of bids and contract modifications. This encompasses both preconstruction and post-award activities, including developing bid packages; collecting, analyzing and presenting bids; selecting key subcontractors and suppliers; participating in bid decisions; evaluation scopes of work; generating project budgets; managing bid pricing from vendors and leading value engineering efforts. He is well versed in creating project budgets and schedules, allowing projects to seamlessly transition from the preconstruction phase to construction.

Phillip graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management.
